Holme Engineering is proud to announce the successful award of a full-scope automation contract for the Nordvind 450 MW offshore wind farm, located 85 km off the coast of Norway.
The project covers edge-based SCADA integration, real-time condition monitoring across 60 turbine units, and autonomous fault detection using our proprietary ML inference stack.
Key deliverables include:
- Centralised control architecture with sub-50ms response times
- Digital twin synchronisation for predictive maintenance
- Black-start capability and grid stability integration
Works are scheduled to commence in Q3 2026, with full commissioning targeted for Q1 2027. This contract reinforces Holme's position as a leading provider of intelligent energy automation solutions across Northern Europe.
